Val 4 Printer - Pace and Cap

can someone tell me how to use the Val 4 print feature using Vista Premium??

the guys explained to me and i do it now w/ vista. i right click the top bar and scrool to edit then mark and click and drag and hit enter. then i print in notepad. i'm using spec 160

I got to edit and mark. then lost for next step/right click or left? all i have on the screen at this point is the Val 4 screen and blank background??
