KGEN Sprints review

By request

Here is a way I work races using KGEN, This is from the follow up
I think its follow up 27 but its been awhile,
I use it for both sprints and routes. i was sked to do a sprint race
so I will use race 5 today ( if they run )
This is a method used by Doc and Shane

The race is race 5 today at Parx 2/14//17

It is a 5.5 sprint CL10000 4+

I did all the pace line work in RDSS and exported then lines
into KGEN right from RDSS

First here is the energy generator

These are to me all true contenders, They are coming from different
tracks and there are big swings in the daily track variants.

So I will use the 2 adjust

I

In this method i ignore all the number readouts
like the 1/2 furlong breakdowns and the KEXDC

In this method i just take the top 3 horse from each of the 6 line graphs

The line graphs are

Raw EX, Raw SP, 1 Adjust SP, EX and 2 Adjust EX and SP

Here are those line graphs

Raw SP

eliminate

Ideally KGEN should get you down to 4 contenders.
Thoromation works best with only 4 horses

Using this method The 3 is the only horse not listed in the top 3 of any of the 6
line graphs

I will eliminate the 3 and then use Thoromation

Here is the new energy generator
I still have a 2 point spread in total energy so I will use the 2 adjust

readouts

Now I again ignore all the 1/2 furlong numbers and KEXDC

I will 2 adjust

Now I will run thoromation

When you use the 2 adjust thoromation usually projects a real close finish

What I do is I use the preplay option and find the screen that matches thoromation, and - or the preply screen that pops up first

in this race the SP screen popped up first and it dose match thoromation

The EP screen is the counter energy screen in this race

I do not know

I am busy driving today
I am not sure the track, or scratches 0r final odds
Based on what I have here
I would go with the SP screen and take the 2 and 6 to win
for my exacta i would include the 5 someplace ( odds dependent )
