Working out and eating better
I think has sharpened my ability to focus There is a basketball court inside the gym I love to shoot baskets to warm up and then again between time before going to the next machine I really was bad when I started shooting Most of my workout was chasing the ball after wild shots The last few days I started to get a feeling of being in the zone After a beautifull swish shot from the corner I just kind of saw the ball giong into the basket before I shot it. Now before each shot I see it happen and my hit percentage is way up I am on a hot streak with my wagering, Saturday I really was into seeing the race from the paceline selections and then reading the BLBL I hope this all ties together A healthy mind and body is the thing that my be my confidence buider to move on to a dream Have a healthy happy day Bill |

Inspiration
Bill you inspired me to push myself. I just finished a 3.2 mile perimeter walk around Glen Island. Kept my heart rate up pretty good.
Really out of shape but this made me feel good and I have you to thank. Gotta do more of this, Now in need of a shower desperately!!! Funny coincidence in that Michael Pizzolla in this months "Inner Secrets Dvd" talks about the very things you stress here. Fresh mind, healthy body etc |

Study after study have shown that it is NOT necessary to hike the heart rate up to the levels of really stenuous exercise to achieve and maintain cardiovascular fitness. Prolonged joint trauma and potential injury awaits most joggers: have you ever seen a good distance runner over 5 feet 9? Not too many.

111
Rich Thanks I wish you good health
I feel good that I can help you too Bill Tim I set the treadmill and Elliptical to my weight and age. It recommends a heart rate of 111.00 as long as I hold onto the sensors the machine adjust its resistance to keep my heart rate at that 111 target I set the speed to 3.6 which is brisk but not crazy I don't jog on the machines or outside my knees are very bad so I am worried about the pounding When I walk outside - I do this as much as possible - I look to match the speed of 3.6 and look for routes with some small hills Thanks Bill |

Inspired
Whomever Bill refers to:
It is all about a lifestyle change and NOT a diet. He inspired me over a week ago by his great work in losing over 40 pounds and exercising regularly! The hardest part is taking the FIRST STEP. Come on man. Walk with us!!!! Take the FIRST STEP!! |
