Good Advice - Pace and Cap

I was talking to Pino about a race I did yesterday at Suffolk,I will do this frequently as I feel it good to get feedback from him.I picked my contenders for the race and decided it would go early.One of the horses that I put in I used his last line which was

22.2 46.0 59.3 113.4 positions 1-1-1-1

When I entered my horses into Synergism 2 and ranked early this horse came up strong on top,he ended up running up the track as the 2nd horse ranked early wired the field.I asked Pino that I cant uderstand how this happened the 2nd ranked horses lines were

22.3 46.3 59.4 114.0 positions 8th-2.5 LB 3-1 LB 1 1

Pino then asked the horse that came out on top had he ever duplicated that in his pp's before,I looked through and told him no.He told me no wonder he was on top you took his best paceline which I did,the horse that ranked 2nd was a normal line fraction wise for him.I went back and put in a normal paceline for the top horse and then the winner was placed on top.I know when Richie does the match up he will say dont use an abbrerant line as well.Anyway this was good advice to me and I thought I would share it and it also teaches me to look at all of the horses lines.Jeff

Look here at #5 from Race 3 at Spa, Line #5 is "best", but not duplicated

If use use Line 1 or 2 he's a pretender and gets chucked out
