Saturday night - Delta Downs - "E" Proj Pace

This is the 4th race from Delta this Saturday night. It is a 5f dash and continuing this race series we have a Proj Pace coming from the #10's last line at this track and distance

22.1 - 46.2 (in fifhts)

Here is the field and after punching in Proj Pace the lines that meet or exceed the pace.

Very best of luck/skill to all those who jump in

I'd say that the 11 and 10 with maybe the 2 try to get lead and knock each other out, leaving the 6 and 8

I'd favor the 8 as it runs closer to lead whereas 6 came out of the clouds and won one for the Martians.

8 on top of 6

Howbout 6 - 7 - 8?
All the earlies bury each other off leaving the off pacers to finish in the money.
At least that is how my BL/BL sort looks using the most recent pacelines.

The 6 horse Sheza is the ML favorite. So, is this race a pass?

Morning Chuck
"Hat's" initial betting instructions to me was to take 3/2 odds for win. Personally I could NOT pick enough of them to profit so he upped it to 2/1. That was still to low for me to make money so I focused on spot playing certain race types waiting for better odds.

Jim also played a lot of daily doubles and pick 3's etc so you could always use a low odds buck you think is going to win in one of the legs.

Betting preferences are a very individualistic choice and should be made after studying one's own decision and selection processes. NEVER believe ANY experts words, suggestions or findings when it does NOT match your own observed reality.

Happy New Year and thank you for taking the time to participate in the Matcher's Forum.

My take...

1) Not close vs any kind of pace...out
2) 2nd race over track...line 3 & 4 shows can handle pace and dist...in
3) forget about this one...out
4) in off last race vs fast qtr..but only 3 life time wins hurts..in( for now)
5) another early horse but its too slow for these..out
6) won same race last out...in
7) in money finish last vs higher...in
8) always in there but couldn't win his 4th race in last 10 tries..out
9) another bad horse..out
10) best speed in this race ..will hold on till caught?...in
11) will fight with the 10 till it drops...out
12) nothing off a year + layoff..out

contenders...2-4-6-7-10

the 10 will go with the 5 & 11 in a fast pace and will fade
throw out the 4

leaving me the 2-6-7 in that order

gl
