Parx question/ generic question

Hello , it's been about a decade since I was regularly handicapping. I am now an owner and am looking to reconnect. I used to come here and read somewhat regularly.

I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of where I can get par figs for Parx and or where I can get par figs so I can get back up to speed on handicapping--not for betting purposes but for entry purposes.

Hi Knabstr, and welcome back! It seems a number of people lately are taking up again their handicapping/horse racing activities after a long hiatus

If you are primarily interested in PARX, you may also wish to check out some of the Selections threads re that track. I wonder if the handicapping process gives useful insight into what ones own horses can do, what are appropriate races to enter them in (though not always an owner's choice). One trainer at Woodbine benefited greatly by what he learned from Jim Bradshaw back in the day and has been a quite successful trainer some years.

Good luck to you in this tough game!

Ted
