Result: 7-4-11/10 (dead-heat for 3rd)
I note that Top 3 PW% covered the tri, and Top 4 Tx2 covered the Super, even in this dead-heat scenario. I am working on a larger data validation project when highly ranked Rx horses (especially low win-odds Top 2 ranked) fail to have confirming PW% or Tx2 ranks - are these horses a toss for the Win position? Promising method to eliminate a vulnerable favourite, and clarify your true Primary Contenders. Anecdotally, there were a few of these today, including this race and the JCGC Race 10. Ted

Hi Ted
I had a really fun time . let me take a rest and gather my thoughts
actually, I am still confused why I'm not seeing the profit line even though the tote, and sliders are on RX3 Blessings Bill |

Re Rx3 and ProfitLine - simply, though the 'slider' indicating screen sort order shows Rx3, the Rx3 factor itself is simply Rx2 (includes extra weight of CR+) because Rx3 has no access to the ProfitLine numbers because you have not downloaded them. So, in this case (because many people don't have access to or are disinterested in ProfitLine), what shows in the Rx3 column is simply Rx2 (because it has to be something). To fix this, as I mentioned earlier, simply click the ProfitLine button on the Entries screen for each race (or on the Card Summary for the whole day), then reselect the Pacelines. Then you'll have the PL numbers in the Rx screen array, and Rx3 can calculate including that external factor, for sometimes a different result order than Rx2 (and different again than Rx1, which includes Morning Line Odds). Though to be fair, as my screens show, often the Rx 1,2,3 ranks are in lockstep, especially the Top 2. Hope that helps! Time to rest, relax and recuperate, my friend. See you at Breeders' Cup! Ted
