The bottom line was that 64% of the 11 race card either won or placed. Doing this on a track like Gulfstream
with the most diverse assortment of races presently being offered is quite a task and/ or achievement.

The selections would have worked out well in contest play.

Here's another example of the importance of a High percentage win/ place horse.
A small $6.00 exacta bet at LAD R-1 brings me back $52.70

Thanks Bill,

I have 3 races going today at LAD.
Race -1, Race -3 and Race -4.
No exactas today. Just win and Place bets.
Looking for the value bets.
I'll probably get beaten up but what the hell.
You can't win every day???

If you're not in it you can't win it.
I am using the High percentage win/place horses.

do you keep an Exacta model of your 64% system. what works at one track can fail on another. A one card test will tell you nothing. I don't understand why there is not enough emphasis on keeping a results model.
