While I rarely play 2yr. old turf races I thought I would look at this race to see if I could find a decent play.
I came up with two horses that I felt had a good shot in this race.
They were the 4 & the 8.
I bet both to win and backed up the win bet on the 8 ( at 50/1 ) to place and show. Like Doc always said If your horse are going off at a good price , you should back them up.

Thanks Lt1 and Mitch44.
I only played two other races and had another place and show in race 9.
I have found that in the Breeders Cup races I concentrate on any horse in my top 4 that are at least 10/1 or higher and bet them across the board.

Wink Bc race 6

Good catch Richie. You know me, I always look for horses that pay that kind of money to place and show. I saw the number 8 horse he was my second PBS under the 14, I saw the 2 horse, he was tied with the 7 under ppf. I just didn't like the idea that he had an equipment change going into this race otherwise I use him in the Exacta and catch a $518 Exacta under the two. The reason I played this race was because I felt the 12 was a very weak favorI te and I was right. I caught the previous race. I had the exacta 9 1 $46 plus the 1 to place $8.20. I'm still the legend and my handicapping is even better now than when U knew me. I'll just have to catch a bigger exacta tomorrow.

Thanks Omar and congrats on your scores.
I agree , waiting for decent priced horses with a good chance of hitting the board is the right way to play these days.
The good old days of the 80s and 90s are gone. Too many good players and syndicates out
there, but still some very good opportunities if one is willing to wait for them.
