bel 9/27/19 race 8

there is a tandem in this race between #8 the favorite at 8/5 and #9 at 9/1. Both horses have flaws. The favorite prefers to finish second, and the #9 goes for a low percentage trainer. But at 9-1 it is worth betting the tandem to reverse.

right church wrong pew. top 2 horses in the tandem did not run a step. the 4th and 3rd horses ran 1 ,2 with the winner going off at 17-1 and the exacta paying 171. Tandems are still viable as long as you bet them properly.
