Rotation

Pook: I am comfortable with the format and how to post races, if there is a roster spot I would like to be part of the rotation.

FYI: I recently bought a Window Tablet Hip Street W10 Pro from Costco $300CDN - $240US. Loaded RDSS2 with no problem. Will post updates of pro and cons.

Spec:
1.83GHz intel atom Quad core cup
10" multi touch IPS display
128x800 resolution
Windows 8.1
2GB DDR3l Ram
32GM internal memory
upgrade storage with 32gm microSD
Bluetooth 4 and Wi-Fi
1080 hdmi output

Cigar, sure. Will slot you in for next week.

That is interesting I too bought something to do RDSS at the track. I am not there often so I wanted to spend little. What I got is not as robust sounding as yours. A got a BestBuy house brand tablet for $120. It is 8", runs Windows 8.1, has 1GB of ram, 32GB storage and a 1 GB processor.

The tablet works okay and the battery lasts the day but RDSS doesn't work great that small as far as touch screen commands go even with a stylus. If I pair my Apple mouse through Bluetooth it works much better but then I have to carry a mouse around. Also I am slightly compromised having to navigate a Windows environment (I am from the Mac world) but get there eventually.

Yours will probably work better.

EMD 0926 Race #8

Since I'm a little late with this I decided to pick a race on the west coast. This is a race from Emerald Downs where I spent many pleasant weekend afternoons.

This field of 9 going a mile shows 2 or 3 matching earlies. Post time is 8:27 PM EST.

I'll look for another race in the morning for either Saturday or Sunday.

AP Saturday Race 10 at a mile

Here's a flat mile for claimers with maybe just enough early speed and sprinters to keep it interesting. Post time is 6:50 EST.

AP #10:

I se the 1,2,4, and 10 as being early with some sprinters thrown! I think it will run OTE. My contenders are the 3 and the 6. I think the 3 will be a bit early.

The 6 is my choice to win the race.

Lot of horses wanting the lead 10,2,1,4, looking for a presser, 9 can go early or press, 3 and 7 should be in good position.
I like the 3 and 9

Wish I had that 3 in the 9th; $99.60 to win
