Food for Thought:
East from Saratoga (10miles) is Schuylerville. Has 3 good restaurants. Amiga's (mexican), Clark's steak house and Gephetto ( Italian). Because it is racing season none take reservations. However, I can talk to the owners of each and see if I can make an arrangement. However, will need a solid number to talk to them.

Also there is a B&B that serves dinners. Will be going to to talk to the owner this afternoon and see if something could be arranged. (Quaint place)

Travers

Folks,

I wish you all much fun, and $$$$ in your bets this weekend.

My friend just sent me two tickets to the Travers; all restaurant destinations and reviews are appreciated.

Happy Punting!
Jon

Don, so far it looks like Thursday night a half dozen folks who are staying at the Desmond in Albany (and nearby) are meeting for dinner around 7pm.

I understand those staying there may also meet for dinner as well Saturday evening.

Friday evening has traditionally been pizza at the NHPLAY offices where we gather.

After Thursday night, Mum and I are staying in Saratoga and might dine locally (or head to Albany Saturday night). That's what I know so far about dinner!

Cheers,

Ted

yes it is. We have been there many times when we head up that way. HunnyBunny likes the Harry & David Store in Lake George. I like the old Melander's Farm heading towards town. Yeah they took over from the old Calvary Church on Low street and the food is great.

Tomorrow, I'll be upstairs again in the NYRA Bets Simulcast Center. Anyone from the group is welcome to stop by. I'm the guy with the Mets cap on and the Dell laptop.

The week is still young, Bill. We're only as good as our last bet. As hot as Monday was, tomorrow and beyond could be ice cold. Live in the moment, but don't take it for granted.

See you Thursday at dinner.
