I think Powerline the 8 leads wire to wire, having put away the 1, leaving the 3 and 9 to fight it out for place. I used line 2 for the 1 because the pace was too fast and line 3 on the 3 because it was running back to this level from two races a couple of levels higher.
The 4 is jumping up in class and looks slow. |

I will go with the 1 who likes to win and and its the 2nd race after the claim and has won at this level before and the 3 who is dropping in class and has won at this level as well also

Confused in Saratoga...
Are we working the 8th race or are we working the 9th? The PPs I posted were for the 8th. Bill Lyster posted screenshots for the 8th and the later added some thoughts on the 9th, Bill V. posted screenshots for the 9th, and vderdak posted thoughts for either the 8th or 9th. I don't know.
I posted the 8th at Gulf because it appears a good example of what appears to be (IMO) a NTL who may get some pressure in the cooker today. But since we seem to be posting both the 8th and 9th in the same thread, I don't know if I'm going to confuse others. |

Race 8...
My Reader's Digest version is that #8 figures to be the leader, and #2 likely will be trying to keep closer company. Couple that with #7 getting sucked in and I believe that we will see the top flight gasping for air on the final turn. This leaves #3 getting first run, having steered clear of the speed and #4 and 9 coming on in the final fraction. Good luck. |
