Bill it worked and now I got it, kinda set up to evaluate, man it seems really wide.

Do we delete the (exported race ) files after the model is populated?

Any way to print this to look at it better?

I your Opinion how old should the Model be, and should it be changed once in awhuile or ignored?

1-2 weeks or less?

Weather affects the Model, right? I must learn when weather is no issue, or that I see a killer play for wet tracks, thru Modeling, no??

Patrick

PS I had to learn to right click and use the Open with , and then click Open Office Calc, other wise Excell is the default setting, wonder how to make OO the default setting?

To always open with Open Office, go to Explorer and find your file in the RDSS folder.

Right click on it, you will see "open with" as an option. Another window will open and you click on "Choose" there.

A list of programs will be there and Open Office will be among them.

Stupid question, maybe? But where do I find Explorer?

Are telling me how to make Open Office my default setting?

Thank you

Patrick

Go to the "Start" button and click on it, then click on the "run" button.

A box will open and type "explorer" in there and hit OK.

There may also be a shortcut to it on the bottom of your screen on the task bar. Usually it is the second button from the left.

Also, Start Menu, Computer (or My Computer), Drive C, RDSS...

Starting with Computer, that's Windows Explorer (file navigation system).

Okay Guys, sorry but I thought Explorer was the Big Blue E that I use to get online with, no?

I go to Drive C and find no Explorer there, and I need to do this to make OO my default program , right?

I don't get it, sorry.

I did manage to get a few turf route race into the master template, but only 1 days and about 4 races. My template is so wide it is hard to see what it is I am looking for, but I do know it is there.

I will build up the 4 main groups with about a weeks worth of races, no, is this sufficent to make a model , or are they changing too often?

I know weather changes things, but lately speed here at the Spa has been the Main ingredient of all the races, does anyone think differently, if so why, please.

I ask because I really feel good thinking that speed is King now , and if I am wrong, then I'd like to know it, please.
