Oaklawn first few weeks

I have followed the Great Meeting at Hot Springs (got to visit a few years back two weeks after they closed) for the last 16 years and a phenomenon has occured consistently in all those meetings: the first two weeks are next to impossible to play.

I have reviewed that time over and over and have not yet found a common thread to that particular phase of the meeting.

Hi Tim. Jim Bradshaw always referred to this meet as one of the toughest in the country to deal with. I have also found it is best to adopt a cautioned approach for the first several weeks of the meet while gathering info on what is happening over that period. Thanks for sharing your findings with the group.

Can't wait

This is my favourite meet and an added blessing before Christmas is they race in December for a few more days!

I will start to post my selections starting tomorrow in hope that I can have the same success as I did last year!

Looking forward to the meeting. I've always done OK there using just TPR or Phase III.

For those of you who also use BRIS PPs, the premium version full card are FREE all season---Merry Christmas, Conely!

Starting off fairly formfull. One factor you use in the 4-Factors, BRIS PP was
very good for Day 1...rankings for the W and P horses:

For the last few years seems like horses coming from CD and RP have the advantage those first few weeks. I always prefer the horses coming from those two tracks when breaking ties.
