Ron. TPR numbers have served me well to determine the best EP or LPR horses. When a horse has the best LPR or EP and also has the best TOTAL ENERGY, that's a very good indication.
As a matter of fact, last night I won race 7 at Remington Park, by betting on the best TPR and TOTAL ENERGY.

Hi Ron

I use them, but not necessarily the RDSS numbers The RDSS numbers are good and the relationship to early and late is consistent to what I use. I handicap using the phase 1 procedure from the book Pace Makes The Race but I generate my numbers from the phase 1 programs. Either way I am able to determine the running styles, and the early late make up of my contenders . One of my top 5 TPR horse from the last line wins over 90 percent of my races couple with thoromation or entropy I do
well

Ok, I may be rowing this boat with just one oar in the water but how does anyone get an EPR from a track that doesn't supply any fractional times? I tried to play RP for the first time ever and all those horses without anything but final times, so I was just making them non-contenders and going from there.
