It was on this day in the year 2009 that we lost the beloved creator of the Sartin Methodology.
Know, wherever you, are that it is still going strong and kept current in it's present form of RDSS2 by my tireless son Ted. R.I.P.

Always fond memories thinking of Howard and times spent together and with others whom he knew and mentored. Yesterday, I had a nice long conversation with a member who knew him well over a couple of decades and related several stories I had not heard - some sad and one which showed his profoundly decent character.

We reveled in our mutual appreciation of the impact he had on our lives and on others whose lives he touched who then in turn touched others. The ripple effect of one of us (each of us, really) on the lives of so many others. As if we were all connected ...

Thanks Mum for remembering this - and for that great photo!

Ted

A man way ahead of his time and who still doesn't get the acknowledgement deserved in the racing world. I'm proud to have know him and cherish the time we spent together.

A great man on a noble mission. I was blessed to have been able to meet and be mentored by him. He touched so many lives in a very positive way. RIP Howard you will never be forgotten.

The price you pay as a true iconoclast.
