Wild Conditions Race 7 2/21 GP

Hi

Yesterday race 7 from GP, The conditions for the race were very
unusual.

4-year-olds and up who have started a race on the turf at GP since Dec 1
AND which have not finished 1, 2, or 3rd in those races

The winner tuned out to be the chalk paying only $3.20
The key I guess is to note in the future that this win for
Franklin Towers looks good but It was earned against a very easy
restricted condition

No horse has a recent plus + paceline on the turf within 90 days
A few have (+)'s

Here are the winner and the conditions
