Val4 at PRX 5/6 r9

Ninth race at Parx...who says you can't win with Val4?...looking closely at the Energy Generator Screen and the Incremental Match-Up Graph,i decided to bet just horse #3 Southern Kisses to win...(i also checked it on my Energy program)...#3 was 2/1 on my Val4 odds conversion.
Looking at the tote, and this is where the 'whales' or top betting syndicates took over...1 min to post #1 went down from 7/5 to 6/5...#3 was 9/2...and i thought
when the race was running halfway,#3 was now 8/5...and the #1 was now 5/2...makes you scratch your head...
#3 takes it.

this is another reason why the younger generation are turning more to sports betting...with the Derby disqualification, another bad rap to the sport...here,horse bettors are getting fewer and fewer seats allocated for them...just a matter of time...but in the meantime,
i'll just enjoy the day with a little profit from this race.

Hi Ray

Congrats on the win today.
I can only speak for myself, from what I observed Sunday at Del Mar
Yes a few people were happy, and there were a few good stories,
In reality, the sport seems to have taken a hit.
In my case, I lost a lot of confidence to bet large amounts,
In the last two days, I have bet very small amounts. and very few races.
If many people got turned off and are gun shy to wager we are in trouble

Thanks Mitch.
Bill V., i hear you.Tha drugs,ridiculous track take,dishonesty,allowing big bettors
to make bets when the betting window closes...notice a lot of races were there
are only 6 entries...my friends came to visit lasr week and they were avid horse
players, and they sat at the sportsbook and bet the NBA playoffs. Now,there’s
inter-active betting where you can bet at any moment in the game...even when
there’s only a minute to go...
I am still trying to remain positive and enjoy the diminishing profits we can squeeze
in the game we all love.

Hi Jeff...here at the Red Rock in Vegas,so many were pissed
off because the Max Security bettors were lined up to cash their
tickets and most tore up their tickets and started playing blackjack
when the disqualification issue came up.People were angry and
disgusted. You hear them saying,”f#€? horse racing”...
