Supertote
Ever since Brisnet updated their site, I've had trouble logging into supertote. It won't accept my password. I also got a new windows 10 computer, not sure if it's that or maybe my AVG antivirus program. Any ideas Thanks Ron

Ron,
You probably need to call BRIS customer service. The new system and the old (which includes SuperTote) have different password databases. I had the same problem and was on the phone for at least an hour getting the problem sorted out. There doesn't seem to be any work-around. Sorry. mick |

Supertote is not gone, within RDSS.
Mick's advice seems to work. Call them and tell them you're using the old version of Supertote and to update your login UID/PWD for that. Ted
