Just to let you know FTL. Your Flad fractions anf FOY fractions are wrong way round above. ( Easy mistake to make as i know myself ). Here's FOY replay anyway.

Fountain of Youth.............................Florida Derby
23.72 = 23 4/5..............................23.21 = 23 1/5
47.92 = 48.0.................................46.46 = 46 2/5
112.41 = 112 2/5..........................110.76 = 110 4/5
148.87 = 148 4/5..........................149.19 = 149 1/5

Thanks. I stand corrected on the final time of the Fountain of Youth, which makes the final time between the two races 2/5 of a second.
It also makes the time from the 3/4 mark of the Fountain of Youth to the finish 36.2.
This also increases the allowable time for the slower early horse and eventual winner of the Florida Derby, 2 FULL seconds (about 10 lengths) with which to work in order to win the race.
