Bill, I think of you often and of that great book you're writing that we all want to read. Please rest and recuperate and come back to us strong and healthy.
With warmest regards, |

Glad to hear from you Bill. First I've heard of a book. Now that sounds interesting. By now your on your way and each day take an extra step which will propel you forward. Its not important when you return but that you do. These things have a way of putting you in touch with what's really important in life and its not us but is you. Listen to your body. At our age improvement is slower than a 20 year old but steady sustained wins the race.

Glad to hear your on the road to recovery. Let's hope your kidneys improve as your heart gets stronger. I can still see you doping them out at Binder's corner at the Meadowlands. I haven't been there since 2011. Keep the faith. Omar.

Getting better all the time
Hello to all my friends
I wanted to drop in. Happy Holidays I pray for a joyful season to you all I am feeling much better. Progress is going very slow, which for those of you know me, and my personality of "lets Go NOW" and "I can do it" is tough to deal with. The good news is although my mobility is behind schedule. my memory and origination are improving. Other than reading Emails and post here on Pace and Cap. I could hardly get the energy to open my tablet, I have been able to actually handicap a few races. I started out only doing 1 race. One night I felt strong enough to sit up, With my laptop I opened up RDSS and downloaded some night tracks. The first race I saw was coming up was a race from Turfway. in race 5, race 4 was about to go off. I worked the race but it took me so long to remember how to pick my lines and with very little extra energy, I had to take lots of breaks I finished just in time. I was able to go to twinspires because it loads for me right from RDSS2 . I put in a $2 win bet on my top RX3 choices. I just barley made it . I was so nice to watch the race/video Well my choice won but I forgot to look at the odds, I watched my horse # 5 win. I was laughing when I saw the 5 was 1/5 After a inquiry involving horses behind mine. I my 5 won. I never even bothered to wait for the payout, It was so nice to get back into the flow. I miss a few days, Some days my energy is too low, to look at the tracks download. I am up to being able to look at maybe 3 races a day. For about 2 months before I went to the hospital I did lots of modeling using Ted's new improved template . I love Ted's new template Once I get stronger, I will be back knocking them out of the park. I bet dad's good home cooking will really help me. My dad is coming to stay with me. He will be here for Christmas and has a dream that we can make it to Del Mar simulcasting, I hope to get strong soon. Sir Paul https://youtu.be/y925oc8bnOs Getting better all the time |
