Gp 7/8

Pic 6
Todays card has 3 Maiden races: one with 3 FTS horses .
I would normally not play this card, but I will post my picks with the warning ,be cautious.
R 5) 2-7-8-3
R6 ) 4-9-8-7 #7 is a long shot play if 12/1or higher
R 7 ) 2-5-6-3
R 8 ) 4,9-7-5
R 9 ) 5-1-3-4
R 10 ) 6,10 4-1

If I were playing the P-6 I would play a small Ticket like this
R 5 ) 2-7
R 6 ) 4-8-9
R 7 ) 2-5
R 8 ) 4-7 ( 7 is 15/1 ML )
R 9 ) 5 ( key horse)
R 10 ) 4-6-10
Cost 14.40

Using the top 4 in each leg of the P-6 or the final p-5 or P-4 will hit about 50%of the time, based on my records.
The cost of using 4 horses in each leg would be 819.20.Way out of my comfort level.

Thanks Mitch.
Ended up with 5 top 2 wins out of 6 and a place in the 5th leg.
Friday is another day with a 400,000 guarantee.
Will see everyone then.

Please be aware that the p6 at GP is a JACKPOT p6: meaning you must be the ONLY ticket that day that has all 6 to cash. Multiple tickets get a miniscule consolation. The so-called "guarantee" is a marketing gimmick that only pushes the pool up to that amount -- there is NO guaranteed payout. The current carryover is $211,194. Without a guaranteed PAYOUT (as opposed to Friday's guaranteed POOL) you are betting into a takeout of roughly 40%. PLEASE STAY AWAY! Much better to bet the p5.

Good luck.
