If you consistently get the race down to three horses, bet the two highest odds. Model that for a while and see how it does, but take Doc' advice, make REAL bets, not mind bets. Dutch the two $2/$3 for 20 races. $100.

To the best of my knowledge % Med. ESP's are as follows:69% and over is Early; 68.40 to 69% is an Early Presser; 67.60 to 68.39 is a Sustained Presser; and under 67.59% equals Sustained. These precise parameters can probably be verified by Ted. Additionally one can just record the % and ESP and eventually you'll find the break points.

% Med. is not a stand alone factor however it can separate contenders , help to determine stretch outs, turf horses etc. So once understood it can be beneficial in separating contenders or eliminating contenders.

Wondering if I could use energy to pick my final two horses. Curious as to how successful that might be.

Thank's for taking the time to reply.
If you use Equi, PM me.
