Hi Bud,

I wish RDSS2 had only a 9 month gestation . I am working on it steadily. My hoped for general release for March 31 will not happen, but in the next few weeks I'll know if enough things are all working at the same time to start a limited Beta testing program by the end of March.

General release will likely be a few months after that. It's the best I can report right now. I can say that I think everyone will like RDSS 2.0 very much, but for a little while yet, I prefer to keeps things under wraps.

Hope you can bear with me a while longer.

I too use a couple of the "old faithfuls" that need 4 points of call. Would be very good to have RDSS output that. Right now I use Aodds Gold 98.

Yes, we'll do 4 calls.

I only have 1 older program to test 4 calls: SKGEN.EXE dated 1/31/1994 (Super KGEN). If anyone has a different one they want to make sure is compatible, please send me the software and a sample data file.

For the Adjusted 4 call output, I'll fabricate an adjusted 3rd call time between the 2nd call time and final time based on the deceleration rate between the Original 2nd call time and Original Final time (because we don't otherwise use an Adjusted 3rd/Stretch call time).

Otherwise, of course, all the older software only ever used Original, unadjusted, call times.
