Jockey Bahaviour

In the ninth race today, 3/24/18 the rider of #8 Sassy Slew Sassy Slew, Ricardo Feliciano, rode the horse from start to finish sitting upright. I have seen dressage riders crouched further over their horse than Mr. Feliciano was at any time during the race.
I had no money on the race, just watching it on TVG and then watched the replay on BetAmerica just to be sure. Should this not be subject to disciplinary
action be the stewards? I feel like this damages public perception of horse racing and is actually fraudulent.
Am I over reacting?

In the commentary they called it, the jockey had lost the irons and was just ensuring both himself and the horse had a safe journey round.

If you want to see similar, check out the 2017 Belmont Stakes, Florent Geroux has pretty much the same riding position when losing the irons going into the first turn on the number 5 Hollywood Handsome.

My fault. I was watching, no sound on. I only listen if I am actually interested in the race as I get very tired of the TVG commentary. Thanks for the replies.
