Here is a nice race for our group

This area is usually for races other than a 20,000 claimer.
But I feel we all can benefit from working and wagering on this one.

There are many factors in this race that suggest both a good win price and some longer odds horses who might fill up the place and show spots.

So this race looks like a "race of interest" for us at Pace and Cap.

Its Race 7 from Parx.

The first thing that I noticed once I read the conditions is the ML favorite.
He is going for 5 wins in a row. He moves up the claiming ladder once again.

He's going for 5 wins in a row and just missed the last time he did not win.
He is an E8. and has the inside post #1. Will anybody be able to get over and bother him enough to force a fast early pace/ Can a presser or S1 catch him?

It looks like a race to take a chance against the favorite.

I will post my look.

Hi Bill:

There are only two speed horses in this and they form an entry. Both are need to lead horses who may battle each other into submission. Note that they have different trainers. 1A was claimed last time out seems to be taking an awful big jump in class. I think the 7 will be too far back. Of the others I think that the 3 will get first jump on the speed and lead the way to the finish.

Thanks, Charlie, Ray, and PapaJohn

The 1 wins again but you guys have done well in getting the place horse.

I'm sorry the race fizzled out. But I thought it was a good race to go against the favorite. We will get the next one.

Hope

I just got a very nice message, can anybody let us know if the 1 horse was claimed in a recent race during the win streak and then was claimed back by the original connections

Thanks
Bill
