I hope that both Audible and Good Magic run against Justify in the Traverse or BC Classic. Again this horse is a freak!. He is the size of a 5 year old horse at age 3. His heart and lungs hold much more air than his rivals. If one uses a Basketball player analogy think about a Center at 7.1 feet being guarded by another Center who is 6.0 feet. The 7.1 tall player has a huge advantage. Thus this is why Justify as long as he is healthy will prevail over his competition. That could change in the BC Classic

That's so interesting.
There is a "large heart" gene in at least one equine genetic line. Wonder if it's this one ? Secretariat had that gene, as I recall. http://www.sport-horse-breeder.com/large-heart.html |
