Very nice ... probably beyond my ability.

A very nice race was the 9th at Gulfstream today, 3/29. There were a couple obvious real contenders. Both had decent prices still at race time.
Love these turf races !! Nice 1 horse win bet, and 2 horse dutch.

Tup race

Yesterday I had only one playable turf race.
Race 5 at Turf Paradise.
I had two main win contenders .
The 7 was 7/2 morning line , post time odds were even money.
the 9 was 15/1 morning line, post time odds were 29/1 .
I bet the 9 win and place.
The 9 went wire to wire and paid 115.80 to win and 44.20 to place.

Hi Richie

Thanks, I am holding steady, I just have to enjoy the good days, and try to be positive on the tough ones.

It's good reading here about positive Vox Populi news like you provide
that keeps me going

That's so great. Congrats !!!
I worked it through my profile and it looks like I would have done a 7-9 dutch, but the 9's class would have probably scared me off wagering at all. So besides picking the right horse, you had the smarts to make the right bet. That's amazing !

Dorianmode:

That is the exact problem I had with the programs when I first started. I did not believe in some of the horses the program came up with.
