PEN 08-16-12 Races 5 & 8 Using RDSS & SYN2
PEN 08-16-12 Races 5 & 8 Using RDSS & SYN2
PEN has one of the worst cards I've seen in quite a while. Despite this, I was able to put together 2 of the 9 races that are on tap for tonight. Please see the attached zip file with races 5 & 8 |

Hi Bill,
In Race (5) I have it down to the (3) and (7). I would bet the (7) at 5-1 or better. The race should set up for a sustained type. 2,3,5,7 are speed qualified. The others are not ==================================== In Race (8) The (2) may get loose on the lead and may be the "lone early" here the (2) would be a bet for me at 5-2 or better If I were an exacta bettor which I'm not I would box 2,3,4,7. For me these are the speed qualified contenders Last edited by partsnut; 08-16-2012 at 07:50 PM. |

The 7
Nice call on the 7 Bill
I can see why you would need 5/1 on this one I didn't see it as a contender but I guess routing was not working so they went back to sprints |

You had the place horse and that's the way you play so I guess it worked out for you. Nice call on the (5) It paid a decent place price. The (5) didn't get in my way because I only bet on just one horse to win. If I were to play an exacta which I choose not to do, my 4 contenders boxed would have caught it. |

Hi Bill
with the 4 scratched I was left with the 2 and 7 since they were both low odds I could not bet them both to win so I passed |
