Irene and I had a wonderful trip back to the Desmond for the first time in 30 years, to where it all began with Sartin. Saratoga is just an unbelievable track, I didn't remember how vast a facility it is but was able to explore it more this time.

A tremendous event,Ted and Charlie did a wonderful job organizing which exceeded our expectations.

Such a pleasure to be in the company of those names on the site and to actually meet many and renew old relationships. Names on the site are just so impersonal and detached.

Irene and I wish everyone health and a prosperous future.

Saratoga

It was great to meet everyone and to put names to faces.
My friends Tim (LT1) and Galen(Mitch44) it was wonderful to see you guys again along with your wives.
The time spent together was wonderful.
Everyone had a good time and I hope I will be able to attend another gathering in the near future.
I wish to thank all who had anything to do with organizing this get together.

Randy is at home betting Saratoga Travers saturday on line and I keep thinking about last saturday at Saratoga and the great time I had with all of you. Wish we could do this twice a year instead of just once. 7 stakes races at the SPA today Randys kind of day. I wish everyone good luck today. LET'S MAKE SOME MONEY. My 5 contenders for the Travers are 1 Owendale (questionable) 2 Code of Honor 6 Tacitus 7 Mucho Gusto (questionable)
12 Tax.... narrowed down to the 2 6 12

Bill, I'm still on vacation and haven't had time to get the pictures off my camera yet, bit I will post the pictures I took as soon as I can. I'm glad that you had a good time and was so happy to see you again and that you are getting rested up after that long journey. As for the rest of you...it was so good to renew friendships Mick, Tim, Missy and Charlie Karen and Richie; and meet Randy, Galen and Irene, Tim's wife Sue, brothers Bill and Bob, and finally set eyes for the first time on my long time long distance friend Dick Mathie . I know I've missed some but all are included in my heart. I had a great time. Thanks to Ted and Charlie for getting things arranged so we were in 4 Star Daves instead of the Festival tent with all the rain we had.
