Bill, Congrats! I am curious to know do you always play your pick 4's like this, going 4 deep in all legs? I know some people who are successful at using that method and striking at a much higher percentage. So i am just curious to know if you always play your pick 4's this way

$79 for a 4 horse pick 4 even at $.50 = $128, that's some discount, but congratulations on a great hit.

It was a real pleasure hanging out with Bill and ted talking shop and betting del mar and Saratoga races. Although we talked right thru the Woodford reserve missing strike charmer it was still all good!...

It truly was a Bill and Ted's excellent adventure!

Until we meet again,

Continued Success,

Thank Late kick Shoelesss and dogkatcher

Late and Dogkatcher,
My contenders were 4 horses each leg
but I did not go 4 x 4 x 4 x 4

I often go partners with some very good players in pick 4's and the Pick 5
here at Delmar. They bet more combinations in some races and single or have only 2 horses in at least 1 leg.

I am really just a voice as far as contenders go I never actually have a say in the makeup of the ticket but they give me a breakdown of the numbers.
I see the tickets usually cost $80 - $90.

Sunday I was up in the VIP area with just Ted. I had about $80 to invest after hitting some doubles at Del Mar and Saratoga.

I put together some combinations and Ted put the bets in for me onto his betting service cause he makes a nice rebate,

I only bet with cash when I am actually at Del Mar
so I would not have got a rebate.

Anyway I wrote a bunch of .50 cent various combos down on a piece of paper, Ted put my bets in. I stopped at $80

At dinner later I told Ted I don't think I won because I was not sure I had bet
Bejarano on the # 3 in race 9
I know I had the 3 in race 10, It was not till yesterday when I was looking
at the readouts, I called Ted and asked if I had made a combo of 10 8 3 3
He wrote back and yes I did .

Yea

Okay i see. I was just curious if you constructed all of your tickets like that. What a way to lose/win! One day you think you were so close to hitting it and it just didn't get there, and the next day your sitting on an extra $600! Good stuff.

Thanks for the explanation Bill, I thought maybe common core math had evolved at the track. I can still keep my Exotic Wager Calculator for future reference.

Enjoy the loot, and multiply it.
