sartin pace numbers

Sitting here at the Red Rock Sportsbook with about 45 min before the 4th race
at Santa Anita today,3/9...has anyone been using the Sartin Pace Numbers? i
remember the Doc mention it in the Follow Up that the top 4 SPN have the win and place horse in the 5 contender mix..here's the 4th at SA...I deducted another half in the adjustments in the ATM...

Maybe that program has a DIFFERENT SPN formula to the one Sartin included in Validator, but if it's the same - it's identical to BL/BL Bottom Line/Betting Line (with a fixed value added to confuse 'pirates'). That's why it does not show up in RDSS.
