program to a different computer - Pace and Cap

Ted,
I have RDSS on my laptop and downloaded the new version to my new desktop also. However, I got a trial version with status pending. My expiry date is I believe 3/10. What do I need to do to make my desktop like my laptop so I don't lose the program. Thanks for all of your help in the past.

Hi Ira,

Please try it again (hit the Submit button in the Registration window). It should refresh to your normal Expiry Date.

I believe the message you got when you installed and registered RDSS on this new computer says that the Expiry Date will update in a few hours or a few days max - but go ahead and start using the software (this gives me a bit of time to notice new registrations - it's not an automated process yet).

I resubmitted my registration and it worked fine. Once again I can't thank you enough for your help.
