Rhonda that's one heck of a story. Having lost my daughter to cancer I know first hand how tough those days in a hospice can be. Although she was in a comma during the final days I believe she heard her mom and I telling her she had fought long enough and it was alright for her to go home to the Lord. Fortunately we were at her bedside when she passed. I believe someday we will see her again just like you will see Jim again.

I am so sorry to hear about your Daughter Tim. I pray every night, that some day, there will be a cure for cancer.

Thanks Mitch and Rhonda. I take great solace in knowing how many lives she touched. The school she taught at erected a statue of her in the courtyard and established a scholarship for special needs children she taught and loved. Teachers would tell me of seeing her go up the stairs on her butt on days when she had no one available to carry her up. She was so involved with her students that 1 day she struggled the stairs of the house an ordered me to drive her to work even though she was in serve pain I tried to stop her and she said dad the kids are taking a big test today and they need me to be there. I don't know how she got the strength to do it everyday. God indeed gave us angel for the 28 yrs we had her.

Tim, I think your daughter taught those children more than what was in books. She also taught them, how to overcome any obstacle that may come their way. Yes, she was definitely an angel.

Some of us adults learned something too.
