Old School Phase1-KGEN

Here is a race I did yesterday. Maybe Bill Lyster and or Ted can
verify that it was my top pick for the PA contest race
Race 5 from Santa Anita

As Dick Schmidt writes in Pace Makes The Race
This took much less time to do the race then it will take me to
explain it.

Pace line selection is basic Phase 1 I used the last line for almost every horse I entered 1 line for each horse no matter how bad the horse looked.
This took only a few minutes.

Next I only left in the Top 5 TPR horses
I sent them to KGEN/Thoromation
Again this step is a few seconds

Once KGEN is open
I go to the Kinetic Generator screen and note the running styles of the contenders KGEN only used 4 Running Styles E EP SP and S
This race shows I have a Lone E horse 5

Now This is how KGEN works
as written in the Thoromation manual page 59
" A horse appearing in the top 3 of 1 or more KGEN Graphs
wins 78% of the time. In the top 4 - 86 percent "

lets look at the graphs is the winner in the top 3 ?

Now I have a Lone E Horse 5 my records are telling me when I have a
Lone E or S the variate screen is the one that comes up first
There is no alarm for the 2 adjust so after the line graphs
I will go to the first PrePlay screen Its the EXDC screen meaning the race sets up to run with no late bias
The winner of the race is horse 5 it paid $30 dollars
Since I already had both RDSS and Kgen up and running This whole race took me about 7 minutes to do

here are the readouts I will post the PPs

readouts

Here is are the lines I used According to The manuals I should have adjusted
the lines for any horse with over 9 beaten lengths. This is in the advanced procedures area and I want to keep it simple for now so i left the lines Raw

Next is the Kinectic Generator
I have a Lone Early

No 2 adjust alarm so I will use the 1 adjust ( the 2 adjust gets the winner on top also)

Next are the Kgraphs first the raw lines. Is the winner in the top 3 ?

isnt it strange that the 3 horses in the money have the most wins in this field...
