As a bettor, glad to see this.

Interesting article as NY tracks ban late money from wagers. Better odds for the average Joe like us. Tampa Bay does this also.

It is a shame that Stronach won't follow suit, as I do enjoy their winter products at GP and SA, but this is a great start. All the recreational player wants, is a chance and transparency. In the age of legalized sports betting, and daily fantasy sports, things need to make more sense for horse racing to gain traction with the younger base.
