Tom Brohamer pace pars

I have not been able to play the races .....so... I'm listening to Tom Brohamer Lecture Series
where does he get his Pace pars? I know that he made and sold them for Delmar if and one knows where to buy them please let me know.
also in the Lecture series most of the the time it was used to separate different class levels. is this how you use them?

thanks
i hope to recover to play maybe Delmar.

I thought I remembered Brohamer mentioning Gordon Pine par time charts
years ago. Don't know if they're still being produced today.
