Saratoga wrap up.

As some of you know, I handicap the Saratoga meeting for the Saratoga Special newspaper. Keep in mind that I handicap two days in advance prior to scratches and knowing weather conditions. I also am required to handicap all the races including maidens with multiple FTS, first time turners and jump races. BTW in jump races, APV and CR work very well.

Results out of 409 races, my top selection won 27% of the races and the winner was one of my top 3 54% of the time. In addition, if you boxed my selections, you won 28.5% of all exactas. All showed a loss in terms of actual dollars bet but the exacta came the closest to breaking even, losing about 8% of money bet.

That's a good result Charlie, given the restrictions you worked under. The boxed exacta loss is significantly lower than the pool takeout, so that's an objective sign of superior picking!

Keep up the good work.

Ted
