"Horseplayers" Cable TV Series

"Horseplayers" Cable TV Series is a must watch for "Live" contest players.
I found it on Comcast (xfinity)
There are 10 episodes which I found to be very entertaining and somewhat amusing.
See what you can learn and get out of this series.

Smile tv series

Watching the show again, I did see a few episodes when it was originally on Esquire tv It brought back memories of John Conte who I met in Las Vegas
a few years ago at a casino(can't remember which one it was) Anyway this was just a few months after the racebooks went mutual and we were allowed to use computer's Conte asked what we were doing and my friend Steve tried to explain some of the ideas behind the Sartin methodology,
He was a complete and uninterested indivdiual(this isl conservative site so I won't actually tell you what I thought of him!)
He was loud and proclaimed to all around us that we were NUTS! Horses don't care about pace at all! Final time is the only way to play this game! I gave up and moved my seat but my friend was determined to argue with this guy.
He argued for almost an hour. I had 3 winners out of 4 races in that time. Conte made 1 huge bet on one of those races,he lost and I won. It was a top rated horse on whatever Sartin program I was using then. When I told him that I had bet 2 horses 60/40,he laughed and said NO ON WHO WINS EVER BET'S 2 HORSES IN 1 RACE! i tried to explain Doc's theory on it but" He stormed off and again to all who could hear BETTING 2 HORSES IS TOTALLY INSANE and these guys are from another planet!

Hi Papa John,

I was more amused then impressed with
most of those characters. I believe their method of play
was based on pure luck. It was the " Hail Mary" approach.
I myself used this strategy when I won the pace advantage contest back in 2008 with a $58.00 horse that I got from Synergism 2 in the last race. I got lucky.
I would assume that most of the money that some of these guys won is long gone.
Nobody ever repeated.
As well, it is a task in itself to qualify.
I feel that what they did is not a measure of true handicapping. It more strategy then anything else.
I don't play multiple entries nor am I part of a team.
I handicap pace and use computer software.
It's all about having a good day and some luck to go with it. I need a reason to play double digit horses.
I believe you can win with RDSS and Energy.
I will.use both in the upcoming NHC qualifier on May 13th

Looking at software read outs

May I add

About as basic you can get here is the horse runs the race from the Moment the gate Pops the focus is momentum and when the desire to slow down is there is when we find the deficiency error with RDSS and find the true contenders are either early or other than early.
My favorite position in the race is 5th and gaining the horse has a clear view of the field most of the time but when ready look out the lights are going out.
