$1.4M mandatory payout at GG today
Races 7-12. Only two are maiden races. I think you can play it for 20 cents. Might be worth a shot.

Hey CapCondo,
Every time I see your alias, I have to smile. I remember a big white horse back at Longacres, Captain Condo, that was so much fun to watch. Back in 1990 or so, when I got started with horse racing, he was my favorite horse to watch. Anyways, here is my shot at the pick 6 4, 6, 7 7, 8 2, 6 1, 7 4, 6 5, 6, 9 Since I have never even hit a pick 4, not sure how valuable my picks will be, but they are now out there. I do tend to do better when I see the real time odds. Everyone betting at GG, best of luck and good skill, Dan |

That's where my alias came from. I lived in the pacific NW from 1988 to 2006 and went to the races at Longacres until it closed in 1992.
I went to work for a friend who I had taken to the races a time or two and he gave me a user name for a computer system of, you guessed it 'capcondo' which was named after the horse. I loved watching him run. At 9 YO, he won seven local stakes finishing second only twice; once in the Longacres Mile. I can still hear Gary Henson the announcer "And Captain Condo rolls up on the turn". The crowd went crazy. Thanks for bringing back a great memory. Tim |

Pick 6 at GG
An interesting development occurred in the pick 6 at GG Sunday. The 10th and 12th race were taken off the turf after the 7th race which was the beginning of the pick 6. So, any selection in those two races counted turning the pick 6 into a pick 4 (7,8,9, and 11th races)
The 20 cent pick six paid $146. I'm sure those who dumped a ton of money into the pool were looking for more than a 700/1 payoff.
