Ultra short sprints?

It would SEEM logical that these contests would translate as early or early/presser, but I have found no logical standard running patterns here. Maybe it is becuase these are usually the cheapest of the cheap speed and the winners are more the survivors rahter than the projected best.

Any ideas?
