6.5f Poly at Dmr - Saturday
Race 1:
Here are the 2 6.5f poly races today at Dmr. For the meet positional earlies have not been winning according to Bill V's excellent track profile and that trend continued with yesterday's 6th race winner being a presser. Whats kind of interesting about today's 6.5 races is in the 1st race today there is a lone early runner and she is the favorite at 2/1 on the morning line. Does she have just too good of a matchup to not fail or will the apparent bias do her in? Here is the field with their pps (middle tab set on perceptor/adjusted using default settings):

a slightly different view
The polytrack data base put out by Delmar shows a little different information but its good news for front running types. I can't refer to the latest downloaded info because of a computer problem but in 4 of 11 races at 6.5f the winner was leading at the half mile or was within 0.1 at the half mile time. Now I realize that the Delmar info does not show 1/4 mile times or positions but it gives a little more hope to front running types.
