No TS ratings for 9-26-20

I downloaded Belmont and Louisiana Downs today, 9-26-20, and didn't get any TS ratings or scratches for either track. Anyone else seeing similar?

Thanks Ted, at least I know it's not an issue that only I'm seeing. Looks like TwinSpires messes things up again. Anyway, those ratings were mostly used for contenders, but there are other ways to get those. Even in the early days of the Methodology, based on the old Follow-Ups and the Yellow Manual they used to get contenders (as one option) from APV, EPS, and things like that which were not invented by the Methodology.

I would tend to go with the top 5 morning horses[plus tie] if I had to.

I agree Tim, the top 5 and ties ML is a good starting point for contenders.

Other ways they used to get contenders that were not strictly from the MATCH-UP (some we can't do anymore if you only use the TrackMaster downloads). All were top 5 and ties.

- Average of the DRF Speed Rating and Beyer Figure
- Just the DRF Speed Rating adjusted by the variant (known as the Sartin SR in some Follow-Ups)
- Jimmy's Pre Race Contenders (PRC) in AODDS (I don't remember what he used to calculate that)
- The TrackMaster adjusted speed ratings (Sartin would use the top 5 and ties which were within a few points from the high rated)

They're not easy to deal with for sure.
