Hi Tim! So after a 10+ hiatus from VAL3 and SPEC, I just downloaded RDSS 2.1. Some of it's coming back to me...quick question. Which tab/column do you find the LS? Thank you Sir!

Hi Jimmy and welcome back. There are 2 things I use. The first one is Richie Mathies'[rmath] angle where any none contender that ranks in the top 5 of both VDC& CSR is a longshot potential. I favor the ones that have some corollary support in either the primary or supplemental readouts on the bl/bl screen. The 2nd one is my 5th pick who also has good corollary support[strictly subjective on this one.]

OK great! One other ? Which column(s) do you use to get your Top 4 selections? I need to run several cards and compare with the result screens...and like you say...VERIFY! Good luck!!

Well I start my contender selection by using the top 5 Profit and Bris Prime power horses and then verify the pace line picked by the program changing those I don't agree with. I keep models for each track I play by surface and dist. After I use some non Sartin factors[Scott form factors from How your Horse will run today and Bill Quirins' failure protocal']. I then go to bl/bl screen and check which horses meet my model and finally check %med. I go to the RX screen and go horse by horse and check to see if there is any reason to move a horse up or down the tier rankings. That establishes my rankings. Sounds more complicated then it really is once you establish a routine.

Hi Jimmy. Not really I would say I agree with the line chosen by the program 95 % o the time. Most of my changes are based on personal preference such as not using lifetime best lines for horses 5 & up or sly lines on fast tracks, or out of whack track variants.
