RDSS and Triple Crown races

How does the RDSS software perform in Triple Crown races?

My 2 cents .......The information is all there , as always it is deciding what is most important in each race based on your track model . Yesterdays Belmont was a good example. In the races over the 3 days up to the Belmont, there was a HUGE speed bias. If a horse was not very close to the lead by the second call , it did not have a chance to win and rarely even placed. Long shot speed horses were winning and heavy favorite P and S horses ( especially with low position points) were not coming close.

Based on the track bias , I focused on the EPR horses and horses with a running style of E.

I bet against the S and low point P horses.

The 6 was high in EPR and had an E running style. It was not high in Rx screen metrics. The 10 also was 1 of 3 horses with an E running style , but lower EPR.

The double and exacta both paid very well. ( The top late horses finished 3rd and 4th , but they were never close)

Sometimes the software is smarter than the user. Ask me how I know

Do you bet a 3rd ranked horse at 18-1?

On the other hand - my Derby selections: http://paceandcap.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16517

Fortunately, other people used the same tools and caught all the way down to the Trifecta (not sure why not the Super - Dick W, I'm looking at you ... ).
