TM download problem
Ted and all:
I don't use IE either although it is installed. In any event, as I mentioned in my email to Ted, the problem has finally been resolved. RDSS2 was down 3 days for me. Fortunately, it was earlier in the week when most of the tracks that I play are dark. |

I just got home, started RDSS and it downloaded no problem! It is now in the process of converting...so it appears, at least for me, to be up and running again.
Hope everyone else has same luck!!! Ted, thx for looking into problem. |

I still have to hear from TrackMaster Tech, but I suspect they reset some security setting for now and we'll have to deal with it later (presumably on a scheduled basis ).

hi! i have problems downloading from trackmaster.....this is what i got in response
problem during convert could not extract contents of downloaded rdss ppfile bel20170615rdss.zip c\:rdss\data\tempracedr. dbf did not exist.please try again and i try and try and try with the same response any help is very welcome...TED guys ignacio s |

If I remember correctly, when I got that kind error from Trackmaster a few months ago it was because my credit card expired. After I updated it then it worked again.
