Hello

Hey everyone thank you for the beautiful prayers and get well messages.
They have helped me so much.
I'm out of the ER and observation rooms, They just wheeled me up to a room
I have had many test, the problem is my kidneys are only working at 11%
The doctors have to figure out what to do next,

Luck for me I had in my backpack my laptop and tablet and my copy of pace makes the race

It's nice to see all the helpful posting going on at Pace and Cap Friends helping friends win

Okay I'm getting tired

I just saw your post. I have problems with kidney stones also from time to time. Take vitamin B-6 50-100mg, no more multiple vitamins, no caffeine, and drink plenty of water. Never heard back from white haired John.Feel better. Your friend, Omar.
