Contenders 5,9,10 A real barn burner. At DED a 5 furlong sprint is around one turn. 9 and 10 appear equal in early but it looks like 9 will succumb. 10 can win from second. There is other speed here also so 5 could be best positioned to take it all. 5,10 Pook |

MVR race. I eliminated 1-2-5 as non contenders, yes the 1 placed 3rd in last, but is too far back.
After that I am greatly perplexed. Cannot guess what the track condition is, but forecast is 59 degrees, guessing fast. The favorite Lanier's last two races have really high track variants and if you go back to more reasonable ones, you are at 208 days and a race from Laurel where he popped and stopped. Also I am still struggling with poly vs dirt races both here and when the occasional GGF horse shows up at SA,etc. The 4 and 6 also have strangly high TV's, but from this track. I don't think there is much in the way of price here. If forced to I would stay with the two who raced over this track at the highest class, the 4 and 6. The 7's last race is from muddy track and one back has really high TV adjustment. Good race to watch for me. No bet. |

Happy Spring back at ya Pook.
Looked at the MVR race and like the current 3/5 fave #3. See 3,4,6 as E with 7 a little E-ish Not sure I'd bet it with my own money but at 17/1 may give the 5 a look for a place or show. Stretching out may help it by both giving it longer distance to chase em down but also slow down the fr's it runs against...at the post |

2 and 9 are scratched. Doesn't change anything for me except contenders are 3,4,5. Picks the same. 3,4 Pook |
