Your dutch work sheet is really nice.

To show you what I tried,

I kept the bank at $1000
for a 2 horse dutch betting $20 per race

I made horse 1 @ 2.5 odds
I made horse 2 @ 11/1

the workbook suggested I bet
my $20 like this

Dutching calculator

That's almost how I would have done it ... a couple comments ..

a. instead of manually changing the bet total, changing the percent to 2% would have given the $20 total that way also, ... it's a formula in the cell.
b. 11/1 is 12.0 decimal odds, so I would have gotten $1.00 difference in the wagers.
